Non-bidding jobs?
« on: April 23, 2009, 10:56:06 PM »
Just a quick question, what can you do, if you don't want job seekers to bid on your job listing? Maybe you have a fixed pay, or maybe you want to keep the negotiations for later?

canudo.com.au is still in its beta phase but from what I know william will definitely be putting an area for fixed pay or wages negotiations for on a later due date.

As of right now, we included several options you can let the job seeker 'bid' by.

Per Hour,
Per Week,
Salary,
For Entire job etc

Also there is an option called

Negotiate Later (Leave bid as $1)

What this does is basically let all the bidders put $1 as the offer and place the bid, thereby signaling their interest in the job and for you to make contact with them, and go through the traditional process, pick good candidates for interview and negotiate pay at a later date.

Dear Nahsik and William, thank you both for the quick reply, I have found the 'negotiate later' option, lets see how well the ad goes :) Thanks again.
