I'm really still alive. There is something for loading the oven thats really nice. Theres a career you get if you are constantly moving, thinking, and really liven up the work of life.

I do not know how a bakery, but I have little time, we have two bakers full-time and three part-time bakers, but then there will probably serve four weeks farmers market, so it gets pretty busy. Probably go through 90 kilograms (192 baguette) French batter alone, is a busy day, not to mention all the other breads do. We are definitely more people now and then, apparently.
