Human Resource Manager Job


Job details are as under

Salary: £35,000 plus bonus and package
Location: Cardiff, South Glamorgan
 

As Human Resource Manager, you will compile, implement and monitor your hotels Human Resource strategy ensuring the needs of the business are achieved whilst ensuring full compliance with legislative and statutory standards managing the human resource and training departments for your hotel.

The Human Resource Manager will provide pro-active advice and guidance on all human resource issues to the General Manager, Executive Management team and Head’s of Department to resolve all issues at earliest opportunity and level. you will ensure the smooth running of your department by ensuring all practices and procedures are being adhered to whilst driving forward all group policies and procedures to ensure they are implemented and adhered to consistently through regularly monitoring and auditing

As Human Resource Manager you will currently be a Human Resource Manager in a smaller property or in a Cluster Human Resource Managers role looking to return to a onsite position

Working within the Hospitality, Hotel or Retail sector is essential
