Looks great, very detailed and thoughtful.

Suggestions:
* This would be great for archive resume, but it's better to shorten it with relevant information to each job that you're applying.
* You could try using dot points for the  description for each job experience instead of paragraphs. This is the format I normally see. List the achievements you made and responsibilities from each job. Start each dot point with a verb.

Your sentences are very wordy.  Great for essays and the like but a prospective employer wont want to look at your whole life story.  They want to know what you're good at and why in a short amount of time.

Also, you use a lot of passive language.  "Often at times very difficult issues..." might be better reworded into something like "Commonly" or "occasionally".  And maybe try "Within 10 months as a part-time employee, I was promoted to Assistant Manager due to my motivation and integrity".  Just mix your sentences up and read them out loud to see if they sound confident.  Sounds crazy but its what I do.

Above all make sure someone else reads it.  You'll get used to the way it is and think that your point is getting across succinctly.  More often than not other people might not see it that way and can give you great feedback on things like grammar and sentence structure.

Good luck!
